A clever renovation of this five bedroom propety in Pinkneys Green, Maidenhead, created a high quality kitchen and garden room with vaulted ceiling.
The Brief: To replace a tiny kitchen and garden room with a kitchen fit for a fabulous five bedroom house.
Project Challenges: The project required the demolition of an existing conservatory & utilised a small study area to provide a more usable kitchen/garden room.
To ensure plenty of light to the new kitchen area we formed a vaulted roof with a thermostatically controlled roof light in the flat roof area. This overcame the overheating issue with the old conservatory.
