The Brief: To design a three bedroom property to fit neatly on the site of an existing block of garages and secure planning consent.
Project Challenges: This development required planning permission both for the new dwelling but also to alter a water course. Planning permission was applied for and achieved & gained Building Regulations approval.
Feasibility studies were produced for the developers and the plot (with consent) was successfully sold on in May 2023.
